Currently, we accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay for all purchases.
Shipping
When can I expect to receive my order?
We are happy to serve you during this time. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
We ship Monday through Friday via UPS and USPS. These carriers also observe statutory holidays in most countries, so shipping times may be affected.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship coffee to locations all over the world. However, due to operational restrictions, we can only ship to Canada.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return coffee products?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, if there are any issues with your coffee, or if there is an error with your order, please contact us directly and we will review a refund, partial refund, or full refund on a case-by-case basis.
Can I return or exchange items that were damaged in shipping?
Yes! The quality of our products is of utmost importance. Please provide photos of the damaged item so we can forward it to our shipping department. Also, providing photos will help us communicate with our shipping partner if the box is damaged. Please include the original order number and the best return address.

What flavors of coffee do you offer?
Quinn Cooper offers a variety of fun, delicious, and unique coffee options including Original Blend, Maple Pecan, Chocolate Blueberry, Peach Nectar, and Coconut Cream, a variety of decaf coffees, and seasonal flavors including Winter Wonderland, Snickers Cinnamon Cookie, Orange Cream, Pina Colada, and Lemon Pudding.
Do you have light, medium, and dark roast options?
Most of our roasts are medium to dark. We also offer light and dark roast options in our Diaspora package, click here. We select premium coffee beans and roast them to perfection. You can also check out our premium Black Tuxe (Ethiopian Yirgacheffe) roasted coffee here.
How can I keep my coffee fresh?
We recommend that you store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing your coffee in the fridge or freezer, or near smelly foods, spices, etc., as this may alter the flavor of the coffee.
What is the shelf life of your coffee and tea?
We are proud to offer you freshly roasted coffee, and we roast in small batches to order.
Our coffee beans have a shelf life of 12 months from roasting, and we recommend that once the seal is opened, they should be consumed within 3 to 4 weeks to maintain freshness.
Our teas have a shelf life of 2 years and should be stored in airtight containers.
Are your coffee and teas gluten-free?
Most of our coffees do not contain any wheat or gluten products, rye, barley and its derivatives, milk products, dairy products, dairy derivatives, eggs, egg products, soy, soy products, seeds, tree nuts, peanut products, other legumes or seafood products, fish or shellfish, celery, mustard, sulfur dioxide and sulfites. The exceptions are Chocolate Blueberry Coffee, which contains real cocoa and contains milk. Maple Pecan Coffee contains natural pecans. Coconut Cream Coffee contains natural coconut shavings.
Are your coffees and teas non-GMO?
Our coffees do not contain GMOs or animal derivatives.
Do I need to use a French press for my coffee and tea, or can I brew regularly?
No. We offer a variety of grind types to suit our customers' brewing method of choice
You can brew our coffee in any regular coffee machine using our universal "Auto Drip" grind size. If you use a Keurig coffee maker, choose our "Keurig" grind size; if you use a French press, choose our "French Press" grind size. No matter how you brew, there's a grind size for you! You can also brew our loose leaf teas using a French press or tea kettle. See each tea product page for specific brewing instructions.
What coffee do you recommend for pregnant women?
According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), it is safe for pregnant women to consume up to 200 mg per day. This is about the amount in 1.5 8-ounce cups of coffee or one 12-ounce cup of coffee.
We recommend pregnant women try our decaffeinated coffee. Most of our signature coffees, including Original, Maple, Coconut, and Chocolate Blueberry, are available in decaffeinated versions.
How many cups can I make with an 8-ounce bag?
It depends on how much coffee I use per cup. If I use two tablespoons per 8-ounce cup, I can make up to 40 cups of coffee.
Do you sell K-cups?
No, but we do sell Keurig grounds. You can use a reusable Keurig cup to brew our coffee! We have Keurig grounds for most of our coffees.

How do I offer or sell Chicago French Press coffee?

Can you provide custom coffee gift boxes for larger groups? How do I get started?

Online Ordering and Subscriptions
When will I receive my order?
When you sign up determines when you receive your monthly subscription.
If you sign up between the 24th and the 5th, your order will arrive on the 1st of each month.
If you sign up between the 6th and the 23rd, we will deliver on the 15th of each month.
How do I know which subscription to purchase?
Determine the number of coffee bags you need based on how much coffee you anticipate drinking. We offer two subscription plans to choose based on how much coffee you drink. If you drink more than 1-2 cups of coffee per day, we recommend the Grind subscription.
The Rise - You will receive one 3oz bag of your favorite CFP flavor + one 3oz bag of a surprise flavor.
The Grind - You will receive one 8oz bag of your favorite CFP flavor + one 3oz bag of a surprise flavor.

What if I need to pause or cancel my subscription?
Please contact our customer service department at Support@QuinnCooper.shop to assist in modifying your monthly subscription.
Are there other sizes between 8oz and 5lb? Not at this time. You can purchase two or more as many as you like.
Orders, Pickups and Gift Cards
Where can I find the 15% discount code for my first order? You can sign up to become a member of the SMS Club on our website.
My discount code is not working?
Monthly subscriptions, value packs and any other existing discounted items are not eligible for discount codes because they are already discounted.
Two promotional codes cannot be used on the same order.
Can I purchase physical gift cards? Or can I only purchase digital ones?
You can purchase e-gift cards online here, with prices ranging from $5 to $500. After purchase, you will receive an email with the e-gift card, which you can forward to the recipient. If you would like to purchase a custom amount, please contact our Customer Service team.
If you would like a physical gift card, please contact Support@QuinnCooper.shop and we can mail it to your designated delivery address. You can also purchase our physical gift cards at (19 Doyers St, New York, NY 10013).
Benefits and Rewards
How do I redeem my CFP Rewards points?
To redeem points, you must log into your account and click on the "Earn CFP Rewards" button on the right, and a pop-up will appear showing how many points you have and your discount code.
